Poster session
 

The posters will be evaluated by a judging committe. Please stand by your poster during your session. 

• Even-numbered posters on Tuesday

• Odd-numbered posters on Wednesday

   

  Please find your poster number in the program book.

 

Practical information

 

The poster area is located in Troldtog and Bekken, one floor above the exhibition area, on the 3rd floor.

Prizes will be awarded for both Best Poster and People's Choice Poster.

Posters layout should be vertical and maximum size is 90cm (w) x 120 cm (h)

• Poster set-up: Tuesday September 8th from 9:00 AM

• Dismantling: Wednesday September 9th from 17.00 PM

If you have ordered a printed poster through Fjell og Fjord Konferanser, your poster will be available for collection in Troldtog from 9:00 AM on Tuesday.
