You find parking spaces beneath the hall at Edvard Griegs plass, in GriegGarasjen. Entry from Lars Hilles gate street and exit to Strømgaten street. Read more about payment via app or other payment options here.

By Air
Bergen airport is situated 20 km south of Bergen City Centre and it takes approx. 30 min by car/bus or 45 min by Light Rail. You can pay your bus ticket or light rail ticket by credit card. More information below.

By Taxi
There are several taxi companies operating from the airport. The taxistand is located just outside the terminal:

Uber
Please note that the price for a taxi from Flesland to Bergen city center may vary.
The approximate cost is around 600/700 NOK.
By Airport Express Coach (“Flybussen”)
The Airport Express Coach waits outside the arrival area. During the daytime, buses depart approximately every 30 minutes. Late at night, departures are about once every hour. The Airport Express Coach serves all scheduled flights (excluding late-night charter flights).
In Bergen city centre, the coach stops at Bergen Bus Station (Bystasjonen), which is about a 5-minute walk from Grieghallen.

Bergen Light Rail (Bybanen)
A budget-friendly option from the airport to the city centre. The Light Rail stop is right outside the terminal. Buy tickets via app, ticket machine at the stop, or at baggage claim (credit cards accepted). See timetable here.

LANGUAGE
The meeting language is English, no simultaneous translation is provided.

VISA
Delegates with European citizenship do not normally need visas. A valid passport or national ID card is required. Delegates from other countries may need a visa. Please check the specific requirements for your nationality on the website of the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI).

CURRENCY EXCHANGE
All Norwegian banks and major post offices exchange foreign currency. Currency exchange offices are also located at Bergen Airport Flesland and at the train station.
