Payment Methods 

• Registration fees must be paid via credit or debit card.

• Registration is only considered complete when the full payment is received by Fjell og Fjord Konferanser.

• Registrations with incomplete payments will be cancelled. Delegates with cancelled registrations must re-register onsite and provide immediate payment to attend.

 

Cancellation Policy for SSI members and non members. 

All event registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to elisabeth@fjellogfjord-konferanser.no

 

Fees Charged for Cancellation:
Cancellation before 23.06.26; refund, minus a cancellation fee of NOK 900,- (estimated to 80 EURO)
Cancellation on or after 23.06.26: No refund provided.

 

If written notice of cancellation and confirmation are not received within the specified terms, the delegate will be liable for the full registration fee, irrespective of attendance or absence.

 

Substitution Policy:

If a delegate is unable to attend, another person from the same organisation may attend in their place. Name changes are free of charge and allowed up to 5 calendar days before the event. Requests must be submitted in writing to elisabeth@fjellogfjord-konferanser.no

 

Visa  

Cancellations due to failed visa application will be subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above. 

 

Travel and Health Insurance 

Participants are strongly encouraged to secure travel and health insurance to cover losses such as cancellation fees, medical expenses, or damage to/loss of personal property. The organizers are not responsible for any costs incurred by participants.
