Payment Methods company representatives

• Registration fees must be paid via credit, debit card or prepayment invoice.

• The invoice will be sent after registration with a payment deadline of 14 days.

• Registration is only considered complete when the full payment is received by Fjell og Fjord Konferanser.

• Registrations with incomplete payments will be cancelled. Company representatives with cancelled registrations must re-register onsite and provide immediate payment to attend.

 

Cancellation Policy for company representatives: 

All event registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to elisabeth@fjellogfjord-konferanser.no

Fees Charged for Cancellation:

Cancellation before 23.06.26; refund, minus a cancellation fee of NOK 900,- (estimated to 71,17 EURO)
Cancellation on or after 23.06.26: No refund provided.
